How It Works

Available for any item over $400

Start your layaway with a 30% deposit and you have up to 90 days to complete your payments

Payment frequency is flexible, we’ll agree on a plan that works for you

Once we set up your layaway, the piece is reserved just for you

The Process

1. Send me a message via chat, Instagram DM or email letting me know which piece you’d like to put on layaway
2. We’ll chat and agree on a payment schedule that fits your needs (weekly, biweekly, or monthly)
3. I’ll send you an invoice and receipts for each layaway payment
   
4. Once your final payment is made, your jewelry is shipped right to you at no cost

Terms

All layaway payments are final sale and the deposit is not refundable nor applicable as store credit

If you change your mind before the final payment, any payments made beyond the deposit can always be used as store credit

If the balance isn’t paid in full within 90 days, the piece will be returned to inventory and all payments (excluding the deposit) will become store credit

14-Day Return Window

Changed your mind? We offer a full 14-day return window from delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging.

All returns receive a full refund.

Return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrives damaged or not as described.

Undisclosed Damage, Defective, or Misrepresented Items

If your piece arrives with undisclosed damage, defective, or substantially different from our description, we'll make it right immediately, no questions asked.

Note: Vintage jewelry naturally shows signs of age and prior wear, this is not considered a defect. All items are fully insured during shipping at no cost to you.

How to Return

Email us at info@dulcekarats.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 24 hours.

Please don't ship items back without contacting us first, unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

European Union Customers

EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to return any item for any reason, per EU consumer protection laws.
