Changed your mind? We offer a full 14-day return window from delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging.

All returns receive a full refund.

Return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrives damaged or not as described.

Undisclosed Damaged, Defective, or Misrepresented Items

If your piece arrives with undisclosed damage, defective, or substantially different from our description, we'll make it right immediately, no questions asked.

Note: Vintage jewelry naturally shows signs of age and prior wear, this is not considered a defect. Please look at pictures closely. All items are fully insured during shipping at no cost to you.

How to Return

Email us at info@dulcekarats.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 24 hours.

Please don't ship items back without contacting us first, unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
